CEO & Founder
For more than 10 years, Max has been building and growing Goodface from a boutique web studio into a multidisciplinary team helping companies shape websites, digital products, and growth initiatives across tech sectors.
Fintech is his core expertise. He helps financial companies build strong digital brands, create products users trust, and identify new opportunities for customer acquisition and retention through product experience, marketing, and design.
Max leads the company's strategy, positioning, and growth while actively contributing to product strategy, UX, marketing, and business development. His business philosophy centers on a simple idea: an exceptional product experience is one of the strongest competitive advantages a growing company can build.
We've designed products for startups & scaleups and for companies rebuilding products that have been on the market for years. One thing doesn't change: product experience influences how quickly people become comfortable with a product. When people understand what to do next without hesitation, adoption, retention, and growth usually follow. That's why product experience shapes business decisions throughout every project.
Fintech combines everything we enjoy solving: complex user flows, regulated environments, and products where trust influences every interaction. Small UX decisions can affect onboarding, conversion, retention, and customer confidence. That makes fintech one of the most rewarding industries to design for.
We involve product, design, and engineering in the same conversations from the beginning. Teams spend less time revisiting decisions because requirements, technical constraints, and product goals stay aligned throughout delivery. AI orchestration handles routine work, while senior specialists guide the product from planning to release.
Product experience gives people a reason to stay. The teams we work with rarely ask for more features. They want onboarding that removes hesitation, dashboards that surface the right information, and workflows that save time. Those improvements shape how people experience the product every day—and that experience determines whether they keep using it.
Spend time understanding the problem before discussing screens or functionality. Teams that invest in product direction early usually make faster decisions during design and development because everyone is working toward the same outcome rather than interpreting requirements differently.
Tech changes every year, but our goal hasn't changed. We build products, websites, and brand identities people enjoy using, and demonstrating to the world. Every project adds another insight, another challenge, and another opportunity to reach the next level, doing things we're already used to, but with a fresh perspective and new motivation.
